 4 slices of sourdough bread

2 tbsp of Montello Garlic Olive Oil

1/4 lb of sliced smoked gouda cheese

2 tbsp of Montello Sun-Dried Tomato Tapenade

1 cup spinach (chopped)

1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)

Put 1 tbsp of tapenade, half of the cheese, 1/2 cup spinach, and 1/4 cup of basil on one side of the bread, then top with other slice of bread. Lightly brush olive oil on the bread. Repeat for second sandwich. Place sandwiches into a pan and cook on med-high for 3-4 minutes on each slide, flipping once the bread turns golden brown and cheese is melted.
