2 cans of garbanzo beans (no salt)

8-ounce can of Tahini sauce

4 cloves of garlic

3 lemons

2 T Habanero Olive Oil

Salt (optional)

Drain the liquid from 1 can of the the garbanzo beans (save for later). Place in a food processsor and add the second can of beans (with liquid), the Tahini sauce, garlic, and the juice of the lemons. Mix until you reach the desired consistency. Add more liquid from the garbanzo beans, if needed. Mix in the Habanero Olive Oil and salt, to taste.

Enjoy with pita bread, falafels, veggies, etc.
