1 3/4 cups flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup sugar

4 large eggs (room temperature)

1 tsp orange zest

2 tsp lemon zest

2 Tbsp Milk

2 Tbsp Montello Dark Balsamic Vinegar

3/4 cup Montello Blood Orange Olive Oil

Stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder, then set aside. Mix together the remaining items, slowly incorporating the olive oil last. Once combined, slowly incorporate the dry ingredients that you set aside earlier. When done, fill muffin tins to 3/4 full and bake at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
