1 lb lean ground beef

1 large egg

2 tbsp water

1/2 cup bread crumbs

3 tbsp minced onions

1 tbsp Montello Bouquet of Herbs

1 bottle of barbecue sauce (about 18 oz)

3/4 cup Montello Pineapple Mango Habanero Jam

Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, minced onion and the Bouquet of Herbs. Roll into small meatballs. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through. In a slow cooker or large saucepan over low heat, mix together the barbecue sauce and jam. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
