6 oz tomato juice
1/4 cup Jalapeno/Lime Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp celery salt, pinch of black pepper
3 oz vodka
In a quart size, non-reactive pitcher, combine everything (except the vodka) and whisk to combine well. Cover and refrigerate to give flavors time to blend, at least two hours or overnight. Chill glasses. The mix will keep well for 24 hours. When ready to serve, stir tomato mix. Fill glasses halfway with ice, pour 1 1/2 ounces of vodka per glass and the mix. Makes 2 cocktails. Note: For an added twist, garnish with your favorite stuffed olives threaded on toothpicks. Use a celery stalk as a stirrer.
