We offer low flat-rate shipping on all orders (no matter the size of your order) and ship within the continental United States from our store in California. Sorry, we do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

Though it isn’t required, we prefer to ship to physical addresses over P.O. Boxes and may reach out to you to request a physical address for logistical reasons.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery for most shipments. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed.


If you are dissatisfied with any of our products you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We will issue a refund for the cost of the product to the original credit card used. The shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All items must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and with seals intact.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. 


Though we hear tremendous amounts of praise for our packaging efforts, there is still a small chance that a box can get roughed up a bit on its way to your home. If you receive a box with a broken bottle, just send a picture of the damaged package and product to info@montellotastingroom.com and we'll ship you a new one free of charge.
